Madness Combat Blood Mod

Whoopdie Doo! Yet another blood decal addon, 'cause that's all I can do given my lack of coding talent. Oh Well. This was born from a binge of watching Madness Day 2014 stuff. So I guess this is kinda my contribution to this 'Holiday' born on Newgrounds, but on the Workshop. Yeah...I guess this could be used for cartoony ragdoll posing whatever or custom gamemode stuff. Hope you all enjoy! :D
