The main goal of this mod is to refresh and fix stats of every Kenshi race (including animals) to make the game more realistic and immersive in absolutely lore friendly way. Hope you like it!

Fully compatible with all sorts of mods, except for the mods that changes vanilla races characteristics. There will be no errors, but stats will be randomly from the other mod. So I recommend to put my mod at very bottom.




So what has changed in general?
Now the Greenlanders live up to their description - they make really good warriors due to increased combat endurance and attack speed, as well as builders. Otherwise, they are still the same average universal race.

Scorchlanders needed a nerf of their recovery rate, because in the late game it made them more useful than Greenlanders. Now, compared to them, they are generally weaker in combat, because they are able to absorb less damage, but they dodge attacks better (ideal for light builds or without weapons). They also became even more effective thieves and blacksmiths, as they received a bonus to forging crossbows, which is absent in the vanilla game.

In my opinion, the Sheks in the game are already the strongest in battle, so I almost did not change them, only making them easier to use due to slightly increased health recovery and acceleration of gaining athletic experience (which will not affect almost anything, since the maximum running speed remains the same).

All representatives of the hive received the same buff in the form of an increased probability of being hit in the stomach - this change allows the hives to fight longer before they are knocked out. It is easier to start your own hive colony for the reason I edited their skills so that they fit together even better. The hive soldiers were changed so they can use crossbows or turrets (the mod makes them decent in that as humans) and heal themselves.
The characteristics of the western hives were aligned with those of the southern hives, since they were different in the vanilla game for some reason.

Skeletons have become more versatile and also easier to use due to increased strength and the replacement of the turret bonus with a universal perception bonus, so crossbows may be really good option, not only turrets. They attack slightly faster, but still slower than all other races.

Also rebalanced most of the animals, making many of them much more useful (bulls, bonedogs, goats, crabs etc.). Corrected the fact that some of them did not have raw meat in their inventory when cutting. Now you can collect raw meat from the bodies of ALL animals (except for organic spiders, they now have some foul meat).

I like the changes and your reasoning behind them, especially the chest/stomach probability rebalancing on hivers and skeletons, but is there somewhere to read the changes you've made to animals?
