Less Restrictive Saint & Living Legend Requirements

First of all, I have no idea why Paradox decided to lock the Saint and Living Legend traits behind legacy perks, so I've made this mod.

Now, with this mod, you can get the Saint and Living Legend traits without legacy perks when you complete the Mythical Legend.

Additionally, I have edited legacy perks which originally unlocked the Saint and Living Legend traits to provide other benefits instead.

Now, the Golden Legend legacy perk gives you +100% Level of Devotion Impact, and the Living Legends legacy perk gives you +100% Level of Fame Impact.

If you don't want these changes, you can simply delete the dynasty_perks folder, but there will be no additional benefits other than reduced legend creation costs.

• Game Master: A New Lifestyle Trait: Adds a new lifestyle trait related to board games.
  
• Torturers Can Castrate & Blind: If you have the torturer trait, you can blind or castrate prisoners.
  
• Traits Affect Appearance: Fecund and physical traits also affect the appearance of characters.
  
• Become a Blademaster by Winning Duels: You can become a blademaster by winning 3 duels.
