Away on Every Island

Away on an Island, but for other origins!

This mod adds a decision to your capital planet that will relocate the system to the ehof cluster and spawn the neighboring black hole required to progress.
The decision must be enacted in the first 30 days, and has not yet been tested in multiplayer, please let me know if anything weird happens.
This should work with all origins that do not mess with galaxy generation. (Mindwarden, Birch World)
When gigas updates to re-add the Birch origin, ill make it work again.
