Grenades Galore Mutation

The only weapon you'll get here are infinite reserve ammo Grenade Launchers! Explode waves of Common Infected, Special Infected, Tanks and Witches to bits!

--- Mutation Changes ---

Infected:
-Police Common and Riot Uncommon Infected baton drop rate decreased from 3% to 0%.
-CEDA Uncommon Infected bile drop rate decreased from 15% to 0%.
-Special Infected spawn more frequently.
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 6.

Survivors:
-Survivors start with Grenade Launchers (With no Secondary).
-Shove delay when shoving too often is disabled.
-Friendly fire damage is reduced by 50%.

Weapons:
-All Primary and Secondary weapons are replaced with Grenade Launchers.
-Bile Jars are replaced with Molotovs.

Issues:
-When a survivor is put into the downed state, and they are picked up they'll have a new Pistol as their secondary, I might just make it so Survivors have a regular Pistol as their secondary as I am not familiar enough with scripting on L4D2 to fix this.
