I WILL BE CHANGING THE WAY ON HOW YOU DOWNLOAD IT SO IT WILL BE ALOT EASIER

Checking back in because I found a solution to the missing textures. For Venom's upper body, the 'neck' texture from Big Boss back is the Venom's upper body texture. This also includes the 'wires' For the straps, you need to use one of the 'long' (i.e taller) uniform textures for both the LBV webbing and the straps for the bionic arm [psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com]

If anyone is having trouble with the textures not working, I found a fix for it. The file-paths aren't set up properly, so for instance:

MGS5 TPP/materials/models/ninja/mgs5/venom/ninja/mgs5 is the current file path, and is BROKEN

Take all the files from the SECOND 'mgs5' folder, and cut+paste them into the FIRST mgs5 folder, which should look just like this

MGS5 TPP/materials/models/ninja/mgs5/arma3,bigboss,heads etc.

The 'naked' textures are still missing though. Only the material files are present, not the texture files

does literally ANYBODY know how to get this model fr? I tried the link and everything but I just couldn't get it to work right. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

I downloaded the model from the link and the textures appear lost (purple), Is there a way to fix this?

yep, looks like some kind of texture problem with venom, the cloth is fine but head and some other things purple
