There are no Boomers or Spitters in this mutation, but there are a plethora of Pinning Special Infected.

Infected:
-Special Infected spawn more frequently.
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 6.
-Max Smoker limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Hunter limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Boomers and Spitters do not spawn.
-Common Infected, Tanks and Witches spawn as normal.
