Despondency Mutation

Abandon all hope ye who enter here, or something like that (don't actually lose hope you'll die by the hordes of zombies). This mutation is similar to the sub-difficulty of "Realism" but takes it up a few notches.

--Mutation Changes--

Overall:
-Realism rules in effect

Survivors:
-Survivors when picked up have 10 temporary health instead of 30.
-Survivors are put into the black and white state after only 1 down, instead of 2 downs.
-Friendly fire on Normal difficulty increased from 10% to 30%.
-Friendly fire on Advanced difficulty increased from 30% to 40%.

Infected:
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 4.
-Common Infected increased from 30 -> 45.
-Common Infected deal 25% more damage. (Meaning they'll deal 25 instead of 20 on a front hit on Expert)
-CEDA Uncommon Infected bile drop rate decreased from 15% to 3%.
-Tanks have increased health. (4,500 Easy) (6,000 Normal) (12,000 Advanced/Expert)
