Gore Gauntlet Mutation

Theres no end to them, they'll never stop coming for you, this is the Gore Gauntlet. This mutation constantly sends hordes of common infected, specials, and even tanks to hunt you down and kill you!

--- Mutation Changes ---
Due to the extensive list of changes, I decided to organize these into categories:

[Common Infected]
-Common Infected increased from 30 -> 40.
-Common Infected hordes constantly spawn.

[Special Infected]
-Special Infected spawn constantly.
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 8.
-Max Hunter limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Smoker limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Charger limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Jockey limit increased from 1 -> 2.

[Boss Infected]
-A Tank will spawn every minute and 20 seconds, with a max active of 4. (This doesn't include the naturally spawned Tanks from the director.)
-Witches will always wander.

[Survivors]
-Survivors start with Magnums, Medkits, and Pills.
-Water doesn't slow Survivors down.
-Survivors when using Medkits, Defibs, picking up others, and deploying Incendiary/Frag rounds do so 50% faster.
-Survivors never limp when on low health.
-Friendly fire across all difficulties is disabled.
-Medkits refill 100% health.
-Health decay is disabled and acts as normal health. (Which means when using Pills/Shots they won't decay)
-Shove delay when shoving too often is disabled.
-Survivors can crawl when downed.
-Survivors are set to 50 health when picked up.

[Weapons]
-All weapons apart from the Grenade Launcher, M60, and Chainsaw have infinite *reserve* ammo.
-Pistols are replaced with Magnums.
-SMGs are replaced with M16s.
-Silenced SMGs are replaced with AK47s.
-MP5s are replaced with SG552s.
-Pump Shotguns are replaced with Combat Shotguns.
-Chrome Shotguns are replaced with SPAS Shotguns.
-Scouts are replaced with Hunting Rifles.
-AWPs are replaced with Military Rifles.
-Ammo Piles are replaced with Laser Sights
