City of Wrath (Map)

The city of wrath is a city located in ******** that sorrounds the central Pyro Arms Co. Building, it is unknown why and how does it rain permanently on this city, some suggest that it could be caused by the central building's smoke and residues. It gains it's name from the wrathfull homeless men, cyberpsychos and mercenaries that roam the city. It's weird "antique"-looking architecture combined with the neon lights give it quite an unique look that attracts tourists, and this tourists attract thieves, scammers and such, over all, in terms of dangerousness it could be described as P-2 for autistic millenials.
