Adds Event Nodes for StreamElements Events.

Set your JWT Token in Settings->StreamElements and press connect.

Nodes added:
- On StreamElements Charity Donation
- On StreamElements Cheer
- On StreamElements Follow
- On StreamElements Gift Subscription
- On StreamElements Merch
- On StreamElements Raided
- On StreamElements Redemption
- On StreamElements Subscriber
- On StreamElements Super Chat
- On StreamElements Tip
