Extended Outliner (POD Compatibility Patch)

This mod fixes some visual glitches when opening POD's sidebar windows (Journeys & Coteries, Camarilla, Sabbat, etc) while using Extended Outliner.

Compatible with Princes of Darkness 1.16.1 "Wind from the East", and Extended Outliner 2.7.3.
