Relic Wars Continued

In a long string of successive Relic Wars, it is finally continued.

Each relic has its own casus belli.
- It's simply far more stable and does not create issues with all non-player relics that is also in the game.

These relics do NOT have a casus belli.
- Maw of the Toxic God (Origin)
- The Key
- Crystal of Odryskia

The Key and Crystal of Odryskia will come, Maw of the Toxic God will not (it is an origin specific relic).
