Nameplates (POD Compatibility Patch)

This mod merges the GUI edits to the event window from POD and Nameplates.

From POD:

• Adds a scrollbar to events with many options
  
• Adds functionality for shaders that edit the event background itself (e.g. for Malkavians)
  
• Removes the fade-in animation from event widgets so that certain event GUIs don't look glitchy

From Nameplates:

• Shows the nameplates

Compatible with Princes of Darkness 1.16.2.3 "Wind from the East", and Nameplates 1.9.5.

Load this after both of the above mods.
