An Upgraded Collection for Fleets, which are all certified with at least "high" quality in the Fleet Editor.
This indicates that these fleets fulfill all requirements to be variable ingame and work well with the spawning mechanics. It does NOT mean that they are especially hard to fight or necessairly immersive. Yet these Fleets are all highly recommended for flavoring up your basegame experience.
