r_flushlod Fix

This addon adds r_flushlod_fixed concommand

r_flushlod reloads models visuals, it helps with this kind of error:
Error Vertex File for 'prop.mdl' checksum x should be y
but its very unstable and crashes the game.

So... One time I heard "before running r_flushlod look at floor, you would have less chance of crashing game"
and I got an idea of running this command and suppress next frame rendering.
And it works fine, at least for me =)
