Once you subscribe you need to open the workshop from within OOTP and install the mods for them to work.

Small Logos are much worse than Default. In Standard game

I'm impressed how quickly these are here for OOTP 25. Thanks guys for all you do to make the game so much more enjoyable. Not sure I would play nearly as much without these workshop items.
