CRRM IPR Replacements

CRRM stands for Citizen, Refugee, Rebel and Medic. This will replace these 4 with https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/id/stan_jacobs Info Player Realism NPCs (IPR)

You only need to be subbed to Info Player Realism NPCs https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3113037740 for the replacement to work. You do not need to be subbed to the other 3 as those are optional. One being the playermodel and the other being ARC9 and that is because I decided to add two npcs that will spawn with ARC9 weapons but they will only spawn with the weapons if you are subbed to the two ARC9 addons otherwise they will spawn with no weapons.
