Overview
A weapon base built around the lock-on mechanic. Dual wield, aim roughly in the right direction, and hose em down! Built for ultra-high-speed gameplay focused more around moving than shooting, ACXION is all about style over substance. Run, jump, and shoot, without caring so much about where you aim. So much fun your heart will literally explode with sheer adrenaline... and that's a legally binding guarantee!*

It's very easy to make weapons with ACXION! In fact, any prop pack will do! You can ask for help doing this in the official Discord. Please make sure you understand the basics of addon creation beforehand.

Features
  • Dual wielding (Press suit zoom! B by default)
  • Independent left/right aim
  • Auto-aim on all weapons
  • Actually, finally, works decently even at 500+ ping
  • Lock-on RPG
  • 21 (+1) weapons from Grand Theft Auto IV
  • Custom audio courtesy of Fesiug
  • Dynamic reloading! Time your reloads just right and gain extra ammo!
  • As usual, full third person support
  • As usual, full NPC support

ConVars
acx_cycle - 0: Release, 1: Click, 2: Drag-Down
acx_autoaim - 0: Off, 1: On
acx_dynamic_reload - 0: Off, 1: On
acx_reload_bonus - 0: Off, 1: On (Gain extra ammo on successful dynamic reload)
acx_akimbo - 0: Off, 1: On (Why turn this off?)
acx_single_reload - 0: Reload both guns individually, 1: Reload both guns at once.
acx_hud - 0: Off, 1: On, 2: Minimal crosshair.

Yeah, there is quite a bit of floating weapons when moving quickly enough. it's a minor issue tho it's fine for the most part.

This mod is awesome though. I just wish explosives and rocket/grenade launchers use the original explosion effect for the RPG or SMG1 Grenade so it can be more intense and could be used with explosion changing mods for extra cinematic effect.
