Introducing "Fizzarolli's ENHANCED HORDES"!

Im really tired as I type this.. so I'll make this quick.
What does it do?:
Increases CI limit to 65 and doubles the amount of SI that can spawn, as well as sending two tanks during finale's. It also increases the frequency of random hoards.

Whats the performance impact like?:
Its much more playable in comparison to my Nightmare Hoards addon, but I still wouldn't recommend it for lower end systems.
