No problem, thanks for letting me know. I guess that explains why it was just me and two other guys holding off the zeds but more were dying than we were taking out ourselves. I assumed they were just in another part of the map, but if what you said is true then I guess they were actually invisible. Thanks for the tip about the server not letting you change your perk, I'll try to be more observant from now on. Happy floor killing, dude

I am sorry for the situation that has resulted in thw choice of server we both choose to join. Unfortunately there is no way to know before hand and also no one hack being used. The hacks are usually something running in the background gathering info from your ip address connection or just using the connection for the hackers own use.

As far as how I know the server or a player was using a hack, was easy to determine in this case.
When I joined I was not given the option to change perks, with is a clue. The main reason I felt that server had a major hacker on it, was when all the players were invisible. One appeared inthe corner then went invisible again. That's when I left.

I hope this is some help to you in the future. I am truly sorry for this but I have had more then enough problems with hacks, so I snip it in the butt fast.

Holy shit. I literally joined that server for the first time like 20 min before you joined that game. I never play on the same KF server twice. Because I pick servers to play on, in order of priority, lowest ping, lowest current wave, and lowest number of current players. No servers have had that combination more than once for me.

No need to apologize, you're just being safe. Can you be more specific about the hack? Like, was it a gameplay hack someone was using to cheat and do better in the game? Or is it the kind of thing where I should be worried about my Steam account's security? Is there a name for it so I can look it up myself? How did you know it was even there?

The server I joined with you on it, was having a major hack running. I do not want to deal with that anymore. Because you play on that server means you are either the hacker or a carrier of the hack. Sorry but this is something I've had to deal with for years and do not want to take the chance again.

Why did you invite me to a group and friend me, then unfriend me and kick me from the group in less than 24 hours?

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME map! With the wide open area and respawning ammo, this is THE best map for power-leveling your perks. Enable Faked Players, set it to 99, and behold 800-zed waves in a literal sandbox, just ready to get mowed down.

Seriously, if you (like me) can't play online often due to shoddy connection, and you want to keep boosting your perks so you're not left in the dust when you DO join a game? This map. This map right here. I wish I could give this map more than one upvote.
