Touhou - Mugenkan

Adds Yuuka Kazami as the leader of the manor of Mugenkan. Blossom into a grand empire and awaken Gensokyo's sleeping terror! Requires Brave New World.

Unique Ability: Lotus Land Sovereign. Internal trade routes provide +100% Food and Production and do not require prerequisite buildings.

Unique Improvement: Sunflower Field. Requires Civil Service, must be built on flat Plains or Grassland. +1 Culture, +1 Culture for each adjacent Sunflower Field, but no other yields may be harvested from the tile.

Unique Unit: Flower Tank. Replaces the Cannon. Can attack directly with a higher direct strength than bombardment strength and moves implacably over all terrain.

There is a known issue with this mod: namely, the AI has no idea how to use its abilities or Unique Improvement. I will hopefully find a way to fix this, but if I kept waiting on it, I was never going to release the mod.

If you are subscribed to the mod but it won't show up on your menu, that's probably because Civ V decided not to download it for some bizarre reason. It does this sometimes. To fix this, go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache , delete Civ5ModsDatabase.db , and then go back to the Mods screen in-game and let it re-download everything. That almost always works.
