This mod adds a custom challenge where you begin as the Lost with about 16 Wiz passive items, base stats with damage being at 0.70, and the goal being to kill Mega Satan. The mod also adds the Wiz to all item pools, changes the title screen to say "Happy Birthday Geeky, from KnuxChux :D" with Isaac having the Wiz cosmetic on, and a few bonus images seen in the mod showcase.
