Federation of the Americas

While you guys wait for the Millennium Dawn version to be made, I did recently release the Novum Vexillum version if you guys are interested. My priorities for further developing this mod are first releasing a variant for Millennium Dawn, and then remastering this version of the mod for base game to match the other versions.

I was testing the implementation of this mod into Millennium Dawn today. It seems there is already a decision available for all South American nations to form "The Union of South American Nations". However, the decision seems to be broken. It is supposed to change your flag to a generic formable flag however it does not work.

I was making the backend code to simply change the name and flag for this event, but since it appears broken, this will be a more tedious and challenging task. This is on top of the fact that I know nothing about the coding structure for the events and formable modding structure for Millennium Dawn.

I am slowly working on trying to fix the pre-existing formable decision and making it work. If I can get everything to work right, all you will have to do to form this mod's formable in Millennium Dawn is follow the decision path for any South American nation.

If you guys want a different color too, let me know. I only chose a standard Soviet red because that seemed fitting. But if there are any minor cosmetic changes you would prefer that can definitely happen. I was actually split between Soviet red and a dark red/purple color originally.

yea a Millennium Dawn version would be amazing thanks it would go great with my Venezuela to Gran Colombia to Federation campaign, an option for the full name (Federation of the Americas or whatever that is in Spanish) would be welcomed as well love the color you put for it too

I don't play the modern version of Millennium Dawn, I typically play and only know Novum Vexillum. However, I could definitely look into it and see if it would be possible. Typically it's not too difficult to mod in flags and names for custom nations like the one you are mentioning, especially since the formable natiton is already scripted and coded into t he mod you're speaking of.

I am also a huge fan of the Federation from CoD Ghosts and thought it would be perfect for roleplay in Hoi4. I've considered "remastering" this mod considering it's really simple and a little "unfinished". You can definitely expect some sort of update for this mod sometime in the near future, and perhaps a separate mod dedicated to the modern version of Millennium Dawn.

I love this, thank you for making it! I love the Federation from Cod Ghosts and always wanted to play it in hoi4 for Roleplay/Immersion so Thank you!

I have to ask, have you ever considered replacing the South American Formable in Millennium Dawn with the Federation? the color is good but the Flag and Name of the Formable are meh. then you could play the Federation in actual Modern day. (Speaking about the MD Formable, not your mod)
