Rasputin

Grigori Rasputin was a russian monk with great influence in russian dinasties that lived through the late 1800's and early 1900's. Contrary to the real life Rasputin, this one did not die on 1916, that is because after he was poisoned and shot by the royal guard and proceeded to run away, instead of freezing to death he found a space wizard demi-god in the shape of a cat, the cat began to talk to rasputin until they both made a deal: Rasputin would become immortal, but in exchange he would be sent to the very very far future of the 2040's with the mission to fight against the machines to prevent the robot uprising. In order to blend in with the population, and be able to push forward his task more efficiently, he was given commoner clothes and 2 electromagnetic shotguns that he dual wields and the "Thunder Fist" in case his weapons run out of ammo or get lost, either way, the shotguns respawn nearby him the next day after getting lost.

btw it might say it requires the bits mod, it really doesn't require it, it is just that i used parts of an old save to make his shotguns
