Officer Francis - Pennsylvanian

This is a reskin for my fixed version of Officer Francis. It uses textures made by 17. I've also made his arm patch invisible through alpha channel, cuz it overlays with the ones already present on the texture.

This contains nothing but the textures. Make sure to also subscribe to the model
