Seat X-Ray - Show and enter vehicles through entities

Seat X-Ray allows you to enter any seat you have ownership of, despite them being blocked by entities. This is useful for contraptions which have enclosed seats; you can immediately see where all of the seats are on your vehicle, and enter them the same way you'd enter an exposed seat.

To enable/disable this functionality, type seatxray_enable 1/0 in console. It is by on default.
The HUD element can also be disabled with seatxray_showhud 1/0.

Note: while this is simple, I probably should do some refactoring and will at a later point
