if i do recall correctly, styles have been made vanilla a while ago.
so yeah, it shouldn't need any DLC.
But even in the event of the hex-tiles being locked behind ideology, it would not be terrifically negative, sinc ein that case the mod would just do nothing,a s there is nothingt o retexture
