@timmybobbill69 sorry it took me so long to get back to you. You might just have to scroll through the patterns and find the faces and textures. Someone else had this issue with my Stone Cold mod, and we figured out that the items are just numbered differently in each person's game. The tattoos and faces should be in your patterns, just need to be equipped. Let me know if this is the case please.

like when i download them they look like random humans there tattoos and face pics are not registering
