This is a "What If?" scenario based on the current souring of relations around the damming of the Nile by Sudan.

As Sudan, you must hold the dam for a year to ensure that the water level is high enough that Egypt is discouraged from destroying the dam lest it flood its own country.

As Egypt, you must take and hold the 3 hotspot locations, these are strategic points required to drain the dam sufficiently for it to be safely destroyed.
