Chat/Quest Tweaks

Changes the quest log descriptions of a few quests to provide useful information or fix missing information, tweaks a few chat dialogs for stylistic improvement, and adds NPC portrait images to some chat dialogs that were missing them. Quests currently affected:

• A mysterious staff
  
• There and back again
  
• Trapped!
  
• The Orbs of Command
  
• The Brotherhood of Alchemists

Chat dialogs currently affected:

• Stire the Alchemist in Derth
  
• The Sher'tul fortress butler
  
• Aeryn in Gates of Morning

Chats with NPC portraits added:

• Aeryn giving the "Important news" quest.
  
• Both chats with the Temporal Warden in the "Back and Back and Back to the Future" quest.
  
• For the Worldly Knowledge prodigy, the chat to select your gained talent tree.
  
• Completion chat for the "Agent of the the arena" quest.
  
• From the Arena campaign:
  
  • The initial chat, where you select the number of rounds to compete.
    
  • The chats for starting and winning a boss fight, and for starting and winning the final fight against the arena master.
