The Nayrasians, extremely meticulous with their plans and with worry that they would fail even with the ongoing proof Morgan presents, decided in secret to acquire traits from the Moowi Cahl who aren't related to Joane. These traits, along with the bulk of their collective genes, were used to create a mutant among Joane's people. This mutant, referred to as "Neneoi" which roughly translate to "To Guide" or "She who Insures", was given the same task as Morgan but with the added objective to initiate a social experiment among the Moowi Cahl. In order to get a foothold on Earria and mingle with its people, these feline folk will be tested to see how they respond to unknown stimuli. Clearly they do not know Tpana no longer lords over them. They also didn't consider the free spirit and child-like nature of the new era Moowi Cahl... which Neneoi oh-so happily inherited.
