Yep that was the problem! It's working now.

I made the upload a VPK out of habit for the Black Mesa workshop, so probably the best course of action I recommend is taking the VPK from the workshop folder and putting it in a custom folder

They don't seem to be spawning ingame at all, like when I go to that workshop test map they're still the normal HEV models and when a suit spawns in from a Xen grenade they are still the same. I tried changing up the load order thinking maybe it was conflicting with something else but that did nothing and I can't think of what that would be anyways. Any idea what's going on?
