If you have such an issue with a single country being restricted, that's on you as players being shit at the game and unable to work around slight problems.

Find a way to conquer that specific city with allies or however you can. THEN you can go back.

Or... Just don't install the mod.

i have to agree with forumite13. this is terrible wonder design. maybe give missionaries and apostles movement or combat penalties in the civilization that built this wonder, instead of outright disallowing them from entering the territory.

If this is used in conjunction w/ Civilization Specific wonders, which country would it belong to? Germany? If there are any Soviet Union civilizations in the game, I think this wonder should go to them, since they were the force behind this wall

I stand by my statement. No Wonder should prevent a Victory. Doesn't matter how late in the game it arrives. There's no guarantee how long it takes to achieve a Victory. You could have just one country left to convert but then it builds Berlin Wall and all your effort is for nothing. To keep the idea you could halve religious influence missionaries and apostles give forcing a player to use double the number. Makes it harder to convert but not impossible.

Would be cool if the requirement to build it would be adjacency to tile owned by other player.

I like the berlin wall wonder being added, but I feel like blocking out rock bands + apostles is too OP

I mean, it comes rather late in the game. If a religious victory wasn't achieved by then, you probably weren't going to get it.

Maybe should be like Great Wall. i.e. an improvement rather than a wonder?
