I was confused when I first saw the thumbnail. I was thinking "that's not the same building", until I realized you used two buildings next to each other. Oh, you smarty :D

Not really, I am inspired by different styles and apply them in my models, but I do not model buildings completely from reality.

You have linked your Patreon which is fine within the rules.
But it has to follow rule 8

8) You may not charge to buy the mod or charge fees of any kind.

That's not Steam workshop. You can check that the post you mention is at a URL external to the Steam Workshop forum where these rules are applicable.

Probably before you question the rules, you could read the previous sentence that clarifies where they apply:
"Below are the rules you must follow if you want to Mention/Discuss/Plan or otherwise Market your User mod on our forums and or list it in the steam Workshop."

If you find any kind of fee in the content of Steam Workshop feel free to ask
