yes, yes, hello and welcome to my mod of wacky death and destruction!!!
this mod is a passion project, made on my own time when i feel like it, and with a bunch of ideas that i thought were good enough to add

below will be screenshots of various specializations, along with how the mod works.





like Advanced Powers, Specializations are subfactions for the five in-game factions, which can do various things. for example, the british Frontline Sentinels, which focuses a lot more on defense and using what territory you gain from capping with your infantry section, reinforcing it, and profitting off of it while keeping anything that wants to take it from you at bay.

however, Specializations aren't the only content added. if you go with 'No Specialization', you instead can play with the vanilla units along with the additions i've added along the way. for example, the Ostheer gain subdoctrine upgrades for their infanterie kompanie, gaining mutually-exclusive units from what you choose.

this is usually only for Doctrines that might've become useless as a result of me adding an upgrade, say the 2x Gewehr-43 upgrade for the Grenadiers, which could functionally ruin the Light Jaeger upgrade package. so, what i've done to make up for that is i instead improved the Light Jaeger upgrade, which makes it viable once more for Grenadiers. however, some doctrines, like the Luftwaffe Ground Forces doctrine, will just get new stuff, like the Kopfjager, an airborne sniper (wip as of this moment of writing).


yeah, you guessed it: new units for both No Specialization and specializations. this mod is being updated sporadically, usually every 4 or so days in a week, so if you like my mod, you'll either get some minor additions every now and then, or big ones, depending on my workflow on that day. if you've seen the screenshots, you know what to expect: most factions get a Hero Unit, which can be levelled up to be steroidal if you can keep them alive.


this isn't some crazy gameplay overhaul, just some additions for vanilla, inspired by Advanced Powers. hope you enjoy if you give it a shot
