Megaman X: Z-Saber Katana Fix

This is the fixed version of a previous addon mod from 2014, that had it's handle texture missing, fixable only by subscribing to Zero's model, however, this is where it forgets the bumpmap handle if Zero's model is not subscribed and causes handle to have a missing texture. This mod fixes itself already by replacing the missing .vtf and .vmt files in the directory, which you can play with any survivor model possible.
