Generally, both mods are compatible even without compatch, but strange things can happen with vassal borders in England without it

@Pai - this compatch change only one line basically in the file from RICE 🤔 But now I see it wasn't updated 4 July, I'm not sure why. So I will update it again today later.

It still doesn't work for me and the last modified date on this page hasn't been changed since last month, are you sure it has been uploaded correctly?
I also ran into another issue with Rollo, after gaining Normandy and starting the struggle the completion of his ambition isn't triggered as it should.

This patch seems to stop Rollo from starting as an adventurer, he starts with the county of Trondheim instead. I'm guessing the check on line 50 of RICE_normandy_effexts.txt doesn't work properly.
