NiteOwl - Mini Reactor Pack (ModAdjuster ReBalance)

This mod is a rebalancing of the NiteOwl Mini Reactor Pack mod using ModAdjuster V2 to make them reasonably strong next to vanilla reactors.

In the original mod, power output and efficiency were both incredibly strong. Putting the mod into your worlds meant not only making vanilla reactors utterly pointless, but also turning power production into a non-issue as soon as you had access to uranium.

Output and fuel efficiency were both brought down to vanilla standards, but the identity of each type of reactor was preserved. There are now two types of reactors:
Efficiency reactors and compact reactors.

Efficiency reactors produce more power for less fuel than vanilla reactors, at decreased energy density and higher component costs as well as mass.

Compact power cores have been adjusted to provide greater energy density at the cost of being less efficient and more expensive and also heavier than vanilla.

Names and descriptions were updated to reflect these changes.

Simply put this mod into your world. Both ModAdjusterV2 and NiteOwls Mini Reactor Pack are listed as a dependency, meaning they will be automatically downloaded when you start the world. No need to put them in as well, but if you do, the ReBalance patch should work regardless.
