描述
Have you ever thought that a peaceful transition into independence wasn't for you? Well this mod adds another option!

This mod adds events and decisions based off the civil war system that allows you to become independent by declaring war on your overlord.

AI won't use these decisions, so you don't have to worry about your puppets suddenly presenting you an ultimatum by default, but you can toggle if AI will use these decisions in the game rules menu when starting a new game.

requesting an update that adds more ways to prepare for a independence war. like preparing stuff for guerrilla warfare

I also finally, after a way too long wait, added the option for AI to use these decisions.

If you are a puppet of another power, you should have the Independence Uprising decision category, which allow you, through 3 mandatory, and 2 optional decisions to declare independence. Your overlord can either let you go, or declare war.
Side note, there was a bug that only allowed the decisions to show up when the subject was specifially a puppet, and not any other type of subject (Like a dominion), but it should be fixed now.

can you make a version of this for ai? Mass rebellion like in CK3. It would be wonderfull if you create a version of this.

i suggest a setting at the beginning whether ai can use these decisions. actually, some players like me like chaos and challenges.

can you make it so you can back down if they deny your independence? cause i have died several times due to hitting the button early and not having enough divisions
