There are many guides telling to do it on certain campaign missions.

Nonetheless there is a much faster way to die. Select Survival mode and Basement map. From the start just run for the door straight ahead and push the button. In the following corridor the Alien is nearby, eight out of ten times the Alien is just to the right, sometimes it is around the first corner on the right side and sometimes on the left. Just run into the Alien for a lovely hug.

As loading and restarting times are much faster than on campaign and the Alien is just really nearby one run doesn't even take 30 seconds. Remember to always run as this will save some seconds.
