A remodel for Coach that gives him a more prepped look with a small touch of his job

Where's the mod for the Remastered Coach Shirt texture seen in the third screenshot? It wasn't in the collection as far as I could tell

idk why but when i use this mod the jigglebones on the weapons dont work but if i install the jiggle bones attachments it conflicts, why does this happen?
