Faust Replace Smoker(My Version)

With permission from BOLTOK, I made this version that includes a viewmodel for the arms + HUD Icons, because of course I care about useless stuff that is no longer allowed in official Versus servers.

NOTE: Viewmodel for the arms doesn't have proportion tricks because it is not possible. Because I am very new to modding models, the broken arms can't be fixed by me.
