Wraith MP

This is a custom Halo CE Wraith made to be usable for MP, with some balancing changes to make it more palatable for the stock BTB CE maps. This release is primarily for the tags, with the link to them below, but this also includes the stock Halo 1 BTB maps for players to test it.
