Thanks to the newest MCC update restoring client-side map scripting for Halo CE, Gravity Action IS BACK!

This is the way Boarding Action should have been all along; very low gravity. It's quite fun with wacky game modes like Rockets and/or Snipers.

Changes:

-Gravity is set to 0.2 via scripting.
-Forward movement speed is 4, was 2.25
-Sideways and backward movement speed is 3.5, was 2
-Shotgun error angle min/max is 6, was 10
-Shotgun lowerbound damage is 10, was 8
-Shotgun upperbound min damage is 25, was 18
