They changed localization and random name generation. also any pop modifiers might not work correctly.

This Works fine on 4.0 except Random Name seems to be Random Name' for whatever reason but that's the only issue I had

Could you add something to the Foreign Association Federation? Maybe a late stage power, where all the members can agree to manipulate the galactic (stock) market, by saying that they are all buying, dumping or short selling (whatsoever) the market and granting the members a short time period to buy real cheap and sell real high? Make it power/ event that you can persue every five years or so but with a risk factor (like accidently bankrupting the weakest member).
