Started during Photon LE, now completely possible and functional with Photon 2!
The Roto-Ray is a common fire apparatus light that spins steady-burning modules for warning.

SubMaterial Names
States 1, 2, and 3 line up with submaterials 1, 2, and 3.

You can find color textures in "creeper/shared/glass_{color}"

Features

• Spin-up on activation
  
• Spin-up and steady state sound

• Optional projected lights(see below), disabled by default for performance reasons
