Cooking Delight
Cooking Delight mod is a small work in progress mod that focuses on making the culinary decisions in your playthrough matter more.
In vanilla Terraria food items give 3 different buffs, which are the same but with different intensity. This mod aims to change that by dividing food into different categories (like meat, vegetables, etc.) which give specific buffs.

This is a mod made purely for fun and to get some experience. Inspired by Mindfull Eating mod for Minecraft.
Aided by:

i think you should make it shimmerable too, and it adds some kind of buff to the duration or effects of food buffs when you use it

hey taco, can you add a craftable item that's something like a cook book with special recipes that give specific buffs, as well as being able to show you what every type of cookable food does.

Heya! Multiplayer is bugged causing all buffs to be in one bowl when trying to cook food with different things together. (meat + meat = all food items together).

This is multiplayer only issue though. singleplayer is fine

Spices are not usable yet.
As for the Don't Starve mod, foods marked with the Other category should work, but there are few of them.
