Muted Combine Voices

I recently wanted to record a video with NPCs using the Combine AI. However, the Combine voices didn't suit them, nor did any other sound replacements on the workshop.

So I just removed them!

Warning: Don't forget to disable this mod when you're done using it. Sure would suck if you couldn't hear the soldiers in HL2RP.

Pro tip: Removed or added a sound replacement and want it to load? First restart the map, then type snd_restart to clear the sound cache and force a reload of all sounds
