Skill boost magazines

Beskrivning
Adds Skill boost magazines, which incase % boost until 125%.
These Magazines are one time use.

Magazines are found on dead zombies, with sandbox configurable drop chance.


Modules:
  • SM_CORE:
    • Main mod, which adds magazines
  • SM_Module_SkillLimiter
    • Skill limiting module, with full sandbox options. When module is active, players max level of skill is limited based on their XP boost. Magazines are readable only after reaching current level limit without bonus.
    • for instance - With default skill limit sandbox setting, if players XP boost is 75% on Carpentry, cap will be on skill lvl 6 and magazine will be readable also at lvl 6. If we will change in sandbox crafting bonus to 1, magazine will still be readable at lvl 6, but Cap will be already on lvl 8.
    • Module is edited version of mod from Max ( original ), difference is that it controls level limit using XP boost and not using traits and profession.

It was used on Multiplayer server so It should work

Ah, yeah, no problem. No, I was just wondering if it was possible to edit max boost limit/value with your mod. Turns out, I was only editing the overhead display values, and not the boost, and your mod only uses the vanilla mechanics of adding the boost, which stops at 125%.
A pretty useful mod, though. Thanks.

sorry I did not answer, max boost is 125% as in vanilla, you can check current boost by putting mouse over skill bar where it shows how much xp you need vice versa

Nvm, its all but the passives. Tbh, the passives are the easiest to get 125% for, so no biggie.

But what actually determines the bonus that you get from your magazines? Is 125% a hard cap? I tried to set the 50+25 to 50+100, or 100+25, but all that did was just change the display number above the player. I dont know much about this stuff, but perhaps you simply called upon the vanilla function of adding the bonuses? Because I dont seem, with my current knowledge, to find where your mod adds them as a multiplier/percentage.

Yeah, but what skills are affected? All? Only a few? Which ones?
